Printing autumn leaves...

Trying another idea. I brushed paint on the leaves and pressed them onto the paper, using the print that they left, to further develop a painting.

groetjes,

An interesting idea and very well developed. The lovely fusing backgrounds turned them into beautiful paintings. I love the first one!

This is SO beautiful, Judy. It's even more beautiful because of the softness of the color and the texture..

I did this kind of printing too many years ago with leaves. But in a different way. It was fun. Looks very good!

Judy - this is a super idea. One I must try. Certainly have lots of specimens. If you need more let me know I have plenty to share. Love the colors especially in the green/aqua blue one. Hope you are having a wonderful autumn day!

Wow - this experiment turned out wonderfully! I love the white areas of the paper - somehow that adds to the brilliance of the paintings.
