  2. Two wonderful paintings Judy. Prachtig. Zo teer, vooral de tweede spreekt me zeer aan. Wat een pracht kleuren en inderdaad de kleur van de vaas is zo mooi.

  3. Thanks Ann! In real life the colour of the vase is a bit darker, the scanner made it more vibrant, but I like it too.

    Dankjewel Marja! Zoals ik al zei, in het echt is het iets minder fel van kleur.

  4. Hoi Judy. Nou ik kan nog geen keuze maken hoor. Ik vind ze beide geweldig! Het tafelkleed is heel goed gelukt met het aquarel potlood. Kun je dus best vaker gebruiken! Je kan met de onderste zo door naar de challenge van Evhe:)

  6. Hoi Renate! Ja eh, hij is wel gebaseerd op de challenge van Evhe maar ik hou niet zo van die blauwe kannen/kommen. Dus ik experimenteerde maar wat. Maar ik maak voor Evhe wel een minder wild schilderij, denk ik.

  7. Both are lovely, Judy! I like very much the reflections of the fruits in the shadows. The contour of the fineliner on the flowers says "carnations".

  21. Beautiful treatment, Judy - light and fresh and so watercolory, as always. Experimenting is fun! I tried the watercolor pencils a couple of times, too. Didn't like them so much, but you have done a much better job with them than I did!

    I'm not sure the fineliner pens were a good idea. But I like the watercolour pencils for an initial drawing, I'm certainly going to use that more often.
