Physalis...

These orange 'lampions' are officially called Physalis. Inside is a bright orange berry. I have a few branches in a vase, the green leaves have fallen off by now.
Painted on a scrap of paper, approx. 50 x 20 cm.

This painting is available in my Etsy shop.

  17. Once again you make it look so easy to paint a watercolor! Your colors are so fresh and delicious as if you just made a few brushstrokes and it all happened.
And it's funny that you call 50 by 20 cm a scrap of paper :)
